Shipping and Delivery Terms

  • Courier Service: Spraytech Applicators (Pty) Ltd uses Bob Go as our primary courier service provider for all deliveries. Bob Go is a courier service aggregator that partners with multiple local courier companies to ensure fast and reliable delivery. When you place an order, Bob Go will assign the most suitable courier partner based on factors such as your location, delivery speed, and package size.
  • Shipping Methods & Costs: Through Bob Go, we offer 4 (four) shipping options:
    standard delivery
    express delivery
    , and
    insured standard delivery
    insured express delivery
    (where available).
    You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout.
  • Delivery Times: Once dispatched, estimated delivery times vary depending on the courier partner selected by Bob Go and your location. Generally, delivery takes 3-5 business days for standard shipping, with expedited options available for faster delivery.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, the shipping method selected, and the weight/size of the package. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout.
  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number from Bob Go, which you can use to track your package through the respective courier partner’s tracking system.
  • Delivery Areas: We offer delivery across South Africa, including rural and remote areas serviced by Bob Go’s network of courier partners.
  • Shipping Delays: While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, strikes, or issues with the courier partners. Spraytech Applicators (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by these factors.
  • Undelivered or Lost Packages:
    In the event of a lost or damaged package, Spraytech Applicators (Pty) Ltd will work with Bob Go to investigate the issue. However, please note that packages lost or damaged in transit are only covered if the customer has opted for shipping insurance at the time of checkout. If shipping insurance was not selected, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer once the package is dispatched. In the case of a lost or damaged package without insurance, Spraytech Applicators (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any costs or replacements.

    If insurance was taken, the customer must lodge a claim directly with Bob Go for the lost or damaged package. Spraytech Applicators (Pty) Ltd will assist in guiding the customer through the claims process, but the final resolution, including any refunds or replacements, will be handled by Bob Go in accordance with their terms and conditions.

Returns and Refunds Policy

  • Consumer Rights: In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), Spraytech Applicators (Pty) Ltd allows returns for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products within 6 months of purchase.
  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind, you can return products within 10 business days, provided the product is unopened and unused. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging.
  • Returns Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [customer support email] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
  • Return Shipping Costs: If the item is being returned due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 days to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and will include the full cost of the product (shipping costs may not be refunded if the return is for reasons not related to a fault).
  • Damaged or Faulty Goods: If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will offer you the option of a replacement, repair, or refund.
  • Exclusions: The following items are excluded from our return policy:
    • Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with
    • Perishable goods
    • Hygiene-related items
    • Special orders or custom products
